• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive full refund
• Late cancellations forfeit payment

• No outside food in play areas
• Socks must be worn at all times

4. Liability

• Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules
• Lost or stolen personal items
• Unforeseen facility closures due to emergencies
